Born in Iowa and raised in Omaha, Bill graduated from Northwestern University in 1981 (B.S. Speech) and from the University of Nebraska in 1984 (J.D.).  After various posts in Alliance, North Platte (Office manager Western Nebraska Legal Services), and Ogallala (Deputy Keith County Attorney), he settled in Broken Bow in 1990.

He is proud to say he is a general practitioner with a broad base of experience.  His practice has specifically included civil, criminal, and administrative trials of all types, including Social Security and Unemployment, and both claimant and carrier representation in Workers' Compensation matters; appeals; real estate transactions; family and matrimonial disputes; debtor/creditor conflicts; landlord/tenant matters; and probates.

He has personally pleaded cases in almost every courthouse in the Nebraska 8th, 9th, 11th and 12th judicial districts.

Mindi was born in Utah and graduated from Holdrege High School in 1999.  She moved to Denver, CO shortly after graduating and lived in Denver for about 10 years.   She moved to Salt Lake City in 2008 before moving to Broken Bow, NE in the summer of 2011.  She has been working in the administrative field for just about 15 years.  Her previous experience has included; A/R and A/P, collections, customer service, receptionist, account manager and executive assistant, just to name a few!  

She has a young daughter, Stella, who just turned 1.  Mindi enjoys spending her time with her daughter, scrap-booking and making wood crafts.  Her Mother (Linda Johnson) and Step-father (James Johnson) have a farm down south of Ansley, NE where she enjoys spending  much of her time as well.  You can email Mindi at mindi@ericksonlawoffice.com.
